President's Welcome Message
It is my honor to extend greetings on behalf of more than five hundred members of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.® - the Rho Zeta Omega Chapter in Marietta, Georgia. I am humbled to serve as the 12th president of Rho Zeta Omega Chapter, which was chartered on April 30, 1988 in Cobb County, Georgia.
This year is extremely special as we celebrate serving 35 Impactful Years in the Cobb Community. We welcome you to join us as we honor this major milestone.
As we embark on this amazing journey through service, we invite you to attend our community events that focus on service, education, and advocacy. Our chapter has answered the call of our International President Danette Anthony Reed and is fired up and ready to SOAR by implementing the 2022-2026 Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.® International Program - Soaring to Greater Heights of Service and Sisterhood.
We partner with The Pearl Foundation, Inc., which is under the leadership of President Stacy Grooms to present our community events. For more information about The Pearl Foundation and our fundraiser, please refer to www.thepearlfoundationga.org.
Our chapter is a combination of intergenerational members that makes everyone feel at home. We encourage members of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.® who are looking for a special connection to visit.
